Dr. Scott Linklater
Dr. Scott Linklater is a consultant, author, public speaker, and recognized expert in the field of trust in business. Scott has published books and academic work on leadership, employment, organizational development, and trust-based relationships. Additionally, he has extensive practical leadership experience having directed learning and leadership initiatives at Monte Carlo Resort & Casino (now MGM Park), Red Lion Hotels Corporation, Northwest Farm Credit Services, and AgWest Farm Credit.
Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Washington State University, a Master's in Adult Education from the University of Idaho, and a PhD in Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University, specializing in building trust in business. Currently, Scott is the CEO of TrustBuilder.
